Selling on Amazon without a warehouse, in public.

I'm Sean, and I build e-commerce and fulfillment systems for a living. Here I'm testing three ways to sell on Amazon without holding inventory: coloring books, print-on-demand shirts, and affiliate picks. I'll publish what each one actually earns.

Every product here starts as a drawing. Amazon prints and ships it when someone orders.

Three experiments, no inventory

Each one runs for six months. At the end I'll keep whatever earns the most per hour and drop the rest.

Coloring books

Printed on demand through Amazon KDP

Themed books with real care in every page, not generic volume 3s. Each launch gets a write-up: cost, price, royalties, and what the ads did.

Print-on-demand shirts

Through Amazon Merch on Demand

Designs that match the book themes, so each audience can find both. Amazon prints, ships and handles returns.

Affiliate picks

Through Amazon Associates

Only the tools and gear I actually use to run these experiments, each with a note on why. No roundups of things I haven't touched.
